Dale M. Deabenderfer, Owner
Dale has worked actively in the construction business for 35 years. As a 1979 graduate of the Dubois School of Trade, Dale worked as a carpenter for 3 years. Deabenderfer Construction found its roots in 1982 and has serviced Indiana County and surrounding communities in remodeling and new construction. In 2006, Deabenderfer Construction reached a new plateau and partnered with Woodhouse Post and Beam, Inc. as a builder/dealer in Western Pennsylvania to sell and build timber frame homes. The company underwent a name change to Deabenderfer Construction Design/Build, LLC to note the growth of the company.
Dale has served as past president of the Indiana-Armstrong Builders Association, and currently remains an active member, serving on the board.
Dale lives with his wife Cindy in Indiana, PA. Dale enjoys baseball and is an avid Pittsburgh Pirate fan.
Raymond M. Cornman, Sr., Foreman
Ray has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, specializing in carpentry. With his vast knowledge of the industry, Ray is instrumental in Deabenderfer Construction’s continued success in remodeling and new construction. If supervising the crew, training new employees, and working with clients and sub-contractors on a daily basis wasn’t enough, Ray also assists on the design/build and estimation of new projects.
When Ray isn’t working he loves to be outdoors. His favorite sport is hunting. Ray lives in the Indiana County area with his family.
Todd M. Petrisko, Lead Carpenter
Todd is a 2005 High Honors gradate of Triangle Tech with an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology. Deabenderfer Construction hired Todd upon graduation, and for the past several years Todd has demonstrated exceptional skills in interior trim and finishing work. Todd is an asset to the crew and continues to grow in his expertise of the industry.
When spare time avails, Todd loves to hunt and work in his wood shop at his home in Northern Cambria.
Gary Olson, CAD Operator
Gary is the newest member to the Deabenderfer Construction family. He specializes in computer design drafting. As a 2005 graduate of Triangle Tech with a degree in Architectural Computer Aided Drafting, Gary designs new projects per client specifications. The client is able to see their project on the computer and make all necessary changes before construction begins.
Gary has a number of hobbies he participates in when he is not drafting new projects. He likes to run, hike, hunt, play paint ball and loves to snowboard in the winter.
Wanda T. Dickinson, Office Manager
Wanda has worked with Deabenderfer Construction Design/Build, LLC for 7 years as their office manager. Prior to the construction industry, she worked outside the home as an insurance adjuster. She maintains the day to day office activities, bookkeeping and cost reporting for client projects.
Wanda and her husband are raising two children in the Indiana area. Wanda likes to sew, read, and watch her children participate in sporting activities.
